Many people ask whether antioxidants could be harmful to humans. The answer to this is that yes, there is chance. However, you have to remember that everything could be harmful if taken in the right amounts. If you overdose on antioxidant supplements then you have the danger that you would then cause a lot of damage to your body.
With this in mind, it is important that you get as much information as you can before choosing your supplement. You might find that it is good to see your GP, as they would be able to help you with advice as to which supplements you need, and how many of them you should take for the effects that you are seeking.
